2018 Princess Margaret Hospital Stained Glass Window

The WA Nursing Memorial Charitable Trust (WANMCT) was proud to support the creation of the stained glass artwork, which is situated in the multi faith centre at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH).

The artwork was offered as a gift to the new hospital from the Princess Margaret Hospital Ex Trainees Nursing Association, and was officially unveiled in September 2018.

In its beautiful design, the artwork portrays images and experiences of nursing over the Children’s Hospital 109 year history.

Panel 5 features the WANMCT logo, along with images of gum nuts and blossoms – representing the eucalyptus tree – a symbol of life and peace.
