The Western Australian Nurses Memorial Charitable Trust is a not-for-profit organisation managed by nurses to promote excellence in nursing and midwifery.
Income acquired by the Trust is used to provide funding for Western Australian nurses and midwives wishing to undertake research or implement other initiatives designed to advance nursing practice in health care settings in WA where nurses and midwives provide care.
Funds may also be granted to recognise and reward outstanding service to the nursing profession.
Donations
Your donation to The Western Australian Nurses Memorial Charitable Trust will ensure that The Trust continues to benefit the nursing profession for the foreseeable future by supporting our nurses and midwives in their research and implementation of education and practice initiatives throughout Western Australia.

Bequests
Bequests from Wills are also welcome. If making a bequest, we suggest you consider including the following wording in your Will:
“I GIVE AND BEQUEATH free of debts, funeral and testamentary expenses (including in such testamentary expenses all probate estate succession or other duties whether State or Federal payable in respect of my estate or by reason of my death) to The Western Australian Nurses Memorial Charitable Trust the bequest of $_________ to be used for its general purposes. The receipt of the Chairman of that Trust will be sufficient discharge to my Executor/Trustee.”
